OBLIGATION TO RECORD WORKING TIME

Article 46 of the Labour Act requires the employer to make available to the authorities the registers and documents necessary for enforcing the law and its ordinances. Ordinance 1 (art. 73) specifies daily and weekly working hours (including compensatory and overtime work) as well as breaks of half an hour or more.
